Chris Elmore goes through a short explanation of the Profit and Loss Statement and the Balance Sheet. This will give you a basic understanding of those two financial statements.

Next, Chris walks through the calculation of true breakeven. Knowing your company’s true breakeven is essential to your success. To calculate your true breakeven, you must also have an understanding of how debt works in your business.

Once you know your true breakeven, you will have confidence in many other areas of your business, from what you pay your managers, to marketing spend, to forecasting for many years in the future.
