Welcome to the Firestarter Podcast, where your host and Service Excellence founder, Todd Liles, interviews owners and managers in the home services industry about stories of radical transformation. Longtime friend and client of Service Excellence and owner of Olson Superior Plumbing, Eric Olson, joins us today on the podcast! Instead of a brief introduction, here is a paraphrased quote from Eric that is sure to pique your interest: “We create systems that allow us to build relationships, living out our true company vision by using plumbing as a bridge to make an impact on the community. This lets our technicians’ personalities come out in such a way that when they go home, they don’t see themselves as plumbers, but as world changers, one house at a time.” Wow. Tune in to hear how you, like Eric, can ignite the power within!
Check in every other Wednesday for a new episode. In the meantime, please leave a review and let us know who you think has an awesome story of radical transformation to share!
