We are looking forward to having you in our next class, which is just around the corner.  To be ready for class, here is a checklist of items you will need to be ready.

1.  Airport Information

Our program is in Austin, Texas.  If you are flying, you will fly into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

The Airport Code is:  AUS

Some of the airlines that service AUS include Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, JetBlue and Air Canada.

3.  Training Facility: Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum

Classrooms are on the main floor of our host hotel, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum.  Classrooms are located in the atrium just past the check-in desk.

4.  Transportation

We strongly recommend renting a car to get you to the hotel/training center and back to the airport.

Austin has Lyft and Uber services, taxis, and SuperShuttles if you prefer to not rent a car.

 

5.  When will this program start and end?

August Dates:          Tech and Sales Series:  August 5-7, 2019

September Dates:  CSR and Manager Series:  September 10-11, 2019

                                      Tech and Sales Series:  September 23-25, 2019

November Dates:   CSR and Owner Series:  November 5-6, 2019

                                      Tech and Sales Series:  November 11-13, 2019

                               

Start and Stop times:

Tech and Sales Series:  Monday 8:00 am start.  Ends on Wednesday by 12:00 pm.

  • Plan your return for flights that are after 3 pm.

CSR, Manager, and Owner Series:  Tuesday 8:00 am start.  Ends on Wednesday by 4:00 pm.

  • Plan your return for flights that are after 7 pm.

 

6.  The DISC Advanced Personality Profile

This profile is a core component of the training program, and must be completed prior to class.

The test has 3 parts. Please be sure to complete all 3 parts of the program.
