- Experiences (Be truthful, don’t exaggerate!)
- Testimonials – Watch Steve Egner’s Testimonial for an example of a “candid testimonial.”

- Show the client the part
- Use pictures
- Use the diagnostic sheets

- Paint a story that is bound in truth.
