I have been in the industry for almost 5 years, working at Infinity Texas Air for most of that time. While there, I worked in ServiceTitan daily and wore many hats throughout the years, from Bookkeeper, CSR and Dispatcher, to Payroll, HR, and Marketing, specifically Community Marketing.
At Infinity, I taught all new incoming CSRs and fell in love with the training side of it. CSRs are your front line. They can make or break a call in just the first few moments, and I want to share my experience and knowledge with your team to be the best they can be for your company!
