My name is Brandy Loudermilk, and I’m the Director of CSR Training for

I have a passion for empowering CSRs and Dispatchers to grow and become the best possible advocates for their company.

Not only have I been a CSR and a Dispatcher, but I was also an HVAC Mechanic in the United States Marines. I have also earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

And I am super exited for the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge with CSRs and Dispatchers.
