Jon McNeece is a manager for an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called 72 Degrees Heating & Air located in Sanford, NC. Jon McNeece was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial above about his experience at the Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. When great leaders respect and value the beauty of ethics and morals inside their independent contracting companies then it makes a big difference in regards to service excellence and company success. This is what Jon McNeece had to say about his experience at the training series, “This week, I’ve learned a ton! I loved how the class got started when we went through all the leadership traits. Terry was speaking my language with his morals and his ethics, this classes has just been wonderful from the very beginning.”
Here at Service Excellence Training, we love to hear our managers, technicians, CSRs and dispatchers grow and embrace their moral values and learn how vital they are to success and service excellence inside the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries. We love seeing our independent contractors turn their learning into earning!
Jon also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some written answers about his experience as a manager at the training series. These statements will explain the big idea that Jon will take from the training series, what aspect he liked most about the training series, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
