Dan Peterson is an owner of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Comfort Tech located in Del Rio, TX.  Dan Peterson was kind enough to provide the wonderful video testimonial from above about his experience as an owner at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. As a longtime independent contracting company owner, Dan knows the importance of his technicians to the overall success of his company.  He believes that training his technicians is one of the most valuable investments that he can possibly make.  This is what Dan had to say after his experience at the training series, “This program absolutely helps the technician understand the importance of doing what’s right for the customer. If I only had $10,000 to invest to turn my company around, I would take my last dollar and invest it into this program and get technicians trained.”

Here at Service Excellence Training, we love to hear excitement like this coming from our owners, technicians, managers, CSRs, and dispatchers.  The entire Service Excellence Training team loves devoting time, energy, and passion to helping your independent contracting team turn their learning into earning!

Dan Peterson also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some wonderful written answers about his experience at the training series.  These statements will explain the big idea that Dan will take from this training, the aspect that he liked most, and they will answer the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
