At my core, I’m a teacher.  I love students of all ages and trades.  My profession has given me many great gifts.  The greatest gift is the one that allows me to make a difference in the lives of my family, friends, students.  In an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical independent contracting company it is so important to understand the strengths that each independent contracting company team member possesses.  When teaching is your gift, it comes with great responsibility when dealing with training and teach other independent contracting company teams.

Teaching and training go hand-in-hand for me.  Being a teacher is a blessing that comes along with exciting training opportunities in many different trades and when many types of students.  The foundation of training revolves around being a teacher that has a core focus on each and every student in the training series.  Combining training with teaching helps me grow my ability to help HVAC, plumbing, or independent contracting company team members grow in all areas of their trade, whether technicians, CSRs, managers, or owners.
