Scores Alone Don’t Tell You What to Do Next
The Organizational Health Check gives you a detailed PDF report. Scores across 11 dimensions. Breakdowns by participant. A radar chart showing where the business stands.
That data is real. It’s valuable. And for most owners, it also raises more questions than it answers.
Which dimensions matter most right now? What does a 2.8 in Management actually mean for the business? When the owner and the team score Leadership three points apart, what does that gap mean, and what do you do about it?
The report tells you the scores. The Analysis and Review tells you what to do about them.
What the Analysis and Review Is
A live virtual session where a Service Excellence coach reviews your full OHC results, identifies the most significant findings, and walks you and your leadership team through what the data is telling you.
The session isn’t a report readout. It’s a working conversation. The coach brings preparation and expertise. You and your team bring context. Together, you identify where to focus, what to address first, and what a clear next step looks like from here.
After the session, you receive written session notes.
Format: Live virtual session.
Attendees: Owner and leadership team.
Deliverable: The session itself, plus session notes delivered afterward.
Prerequisite: Completed SE-administered Organizational Health Check
What Happens in the Session
Your SE coach will come prepared with a full read of your OHC results. In the session, you can expect to:
- Walk through the 11 dimension scores and what each one is signaling
- Examine the gaps between how leadership scored the business and how the team did
- Identify the two or three dimensions that need the most immediate attention
- Discuss what the scores mean in the context of your specific business
- Begin outlining a prioritized action plan based on the findings
The session is built around your data. The conversation follows what your results surface, not a generic agenda.
What You Walk Away With
You get more than a slide deck or a binder. You’ll leave with clarity.
You’ll know which dimensions of the business are healthy, which are holding you back, and where to put your attention first. You’ll have a coach’s read on what the gaps mean – not just the numbers, but the patterns underneath them.
Session notes are delivered after the call. They capture the key findings, the priorities identified, and the next steps discussed.
Why This Requires the Ohc First
The Analysis and Review is built around your specific results. Without a completed OHC, there’s nothing to review.
The OHC must be administered through Service Excellence so the coach has access to the full participant-level data – not just aggregate scores. That detail is what makes the analysis useful.
If you haven’t completed the OHC yet, that’s the right place to start. See the Organizational Health Check.
How Companies Use the Findings
The Analysis and Review isn’t an endpoint. It’s a starting point for what comes next.
Common uses for what the session surfaces:
- Before a Planning Intensive: use the OHC data to plan against reality instead of assumptions
- Before a major growth push: know which dimensions of the business are strong enough to scale and which aren’t
- After a difficult quarter: diagnose what broke down and where to focus the rebuild
- As a leadership development tool: use the gaps between individual scores to surface blind spots and open honest conversations
- As a baseline: run the OHC, do the review, fix what needs fixing, then run it again and track progress
Who It’s For
The Analysis and Review is the right fit if:
- You’ve completed the OHC and want expert help interpreting what the data is telling you
- Your leadership team disagrees about what’s broken, and you need an outside voice to present the findings objectively
- You want a clear, prioritized action plan – not just a report to sit on
- You’re preparing for a planning intensive and want the data organized before you start
- The OHC surfaced something uncomfortable, and you want a coach to help you address it constructively

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the OHC need to be completed first?
Yes, always. The Analysis and Review is built around your specific OHC results. The coach prepares for the session using your participant-level data, which is only available when the OHC has been administered through Service Excellence.
What does the session look like?
It’s a live virtual session with you, your leadership team, and a Service Excellence coach. The coach leads the conversation, walking through your results, surfacing the most significant findings, and helping you identify priorities and next steps.
Who should be in the session?
The owner and any direct leadership: the people who will be responsible for acting on the findings. This isn’t a full-company meeting. It’s a working session for the people making decisions.
What do we walk away with?
The session itself is the primary deliverable. After the call, you’ll receive written session notes covering the key findings, priorities identified, and next steps discussed.
What if the findings surface something we weren’t expecting?
That’s often the most valuable part. The coach’s job is to present the findings clearly and constructively: not to assign blame, but to identify where attention is needed. Most owners find that having an outside voice present difficult findings actually makes them easier for the leadership team to receive and act on.
What’s the natural next step after the Analysis and Review?
That depends on what the findings show. Common next steps include a Planning Intensive to build a strategy around the data, Growth Group or Growth Partner coaching for ongoing accountability, or targeted training through the Skill Development series to address specific gaps identified in the assessment.
