About Brandy Loudermilk

My name is Brandy Loudermilk, and I’m the Director of CSR Training for ServExTra.com

I have a passion for empowering CSRs and Dispatchers to grow and become the best possible advocates for their company.

And I am super exited for the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge with CSRs and Dispatchers. [Seriously, I love hearing about how CSRs are booking calls and satisfying clients. Just check out this GIF]

This is me with my team from Gary’s Heating and Air in Amarillo, TX. I was their CSR, dispatcher, and marketing director for 4 years.

This photo is from the BBB Torch Awards for Ethics where we received top honors.

We then went on to be a finalist in the International Torch Awards for Ethics. I love this photo because it reminds me of where I came from. It also reminds me of the hard work it took to receive that award.

Before Gary’s I was also an HVAC mechanic in the Marine Corps Reserve.
