For almost all of us there comes a time in our lives when we NEED a regularly scheduled Health Check! Its just a part of life. We do these things proactively to insure a long, healthy and active lifestyle. Ignoring our Health could have a very negative impact on our bodies, our lives and of course our Families.  The same is true for your Business.

There are also times in every HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical business when the company needs it’s own Business Health Check. Maybe it is your team, your marketing strategies, sales, client satisfaction or profits.

Can you recognize the symptoms of an unhealthy business?

Do you ever worry that there are things going on inside your Business that are beyond or beneath your line of site? In other words, symptoms that are undiagnosed?

As the owner or manager it is easy to see the overall “Health” of your business through your eyes only. You  become stuck in your own knowledge “trap” and miss critical and sometimes fatal symptoms. 

Whats the Solution?

Some HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical business owners choose to hire on a Consulting and Training company. They engage a second set of eyes! 

This can be a difficult decision to make and there are several factors that might help you to make the right choice:

Are they the right company?

  1. Will the company’s vision and code of ethics match my business’ vision and code of ethics?
  2. Will the company take the time up front to uncover the REAL needs in my Business?
  3. Will they provide specific solutions or “cookie cutter” solutions?
  4. Do they provide online training, classroom training, onsite training?

Does the investment make sense?

  1. Will the investment that is made provide a significant ROI?
  2. Will they provide solutions that make sense based on needs and  budget?
  3. Is the investment fair and of value based on the services provided?
  4. Are they willing to stand behind their services, in writing?

We answered all of these questions for our newest client, Gary’s Heating and Air Conditioning in Amarillo, Tx. While the business is growing steadily and profitably they felt it was time to perform a “Health Check” on their business and on their team.

They wanted to get a second set of eyes on their business to insure that they were not missing any dangerous or potentially fatal “symptoms”. 

As we do with all of our new clients, we visited their office to officially launch our Coaching and Training sessions. We spent two days, onsite, working through their Organizational Health Check, team member profiles and specific systems and strategies based on their specific needs. 

In the end, after two full days, we walked away with our Big 5! A solid plan of attack! Growth Strategies!
