Gary Ward Testimonial

for the PRESS PLAY Training Series

What big idea will you and your team take from this training series:

“Understanding the problems a high “D” can cause in leadership and make adjustments.”

Gary Ward is an owner of an HVAC Independent Contracting Company called Gary’s Heating & Air in Amarillo, TX.  Gary Ward provided the Service Excellence Training team with a wonderful testimonial about his experience at Service Excellence Training’s classroom training event. Training events are both important for what owners, technicians, CSRs, and dispatchers learn at the event as well as what they can take back with them.  Gary Ward explains his thorough satisfaction with the new training book assembled by the Service Excellence Training team.  Gary said that the book flows well and that he “is convinced that it will make it easy to review.” And as we all know too well, it is important to practice-practice-practice our newly learned skills and what better way than having an easy-to-follow training guide.

Here at Service Excellence Training, we love helping independent contractors in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical turn their learning into earning.   We hope that every independent contractor will leave our training events with the same excitement that Gary Ward had when he said, “I would recommend this to anybody and any company in the Heating and Air or Plumbing Industry.”

Gary Ward also provided the Service Excellence Training team with some thoughtful written answers.  These statements explain the big idea that he and his team will leave this training series with, his favorite aspect about the training, and answers the question “Why should I use Service Excellence Training to train my team?” for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sales, Service, CSR, and Dispatcher Training.
