We are looking forward to having you in our next class, which is just around the corner.  To be ready for class, here is a checklist of items you will need to be ready.

I.  Airport Information

The program is in Austin, TX.  If you are flying, you will fly into the Austin Bergstrom International Airport.

The Airport Code is: AUS

Airlines that fly into Austin are: Aeromexico, Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Air, American Airlines, British Airways, Condor, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, jetBlue Airways, Norwegian, Southwest Airlines, Sun Country, United Airlines, Vacation Express, ViaAir, Virgin America, and Volaris.


II.  Hotel Information – Sonesta Bee Cave Austin

This location is in the heart of Texas Hill Country in beautiful Bee Caves, Texas. The hotel is built in the center of a large shopping center with walking access to Movies, Entertainment, and Restaurants.

III.  Training Facility – LifeAustin Campus

The class is held at our training facility at the LifeAustin Campus.

IV.  Transportation

We strongly recommend renting a car to get you to the training center and back to the airport.

Austin has Lyft and Uber services if you prefer to not rent a car.

We will provide transportation from the local hotel to the training facility for those that require transportation.

  • Meet in the Hotel Lobby at 7:15
  • Leave the Hotel at 7:30
  • Arrive at Training Center at 7:45


V.  When will this program start and end?

Dates for the Tech and Sales Series:  August 6th-8th, 2018; September 24th-26th, 2018

Dates for the CSR and Manager Series:  September 27th-28th, 2018

Start and Stop times: Monday 8:00 am start.  Ends on Wednesday by 12:00 pm.

  • Plan your return for flights that are after 3 pm.


VI.  The DISC Advanced Personality Profile

This profile is a core component of the training program, and must be completed prior to class.

The test has 3 parts. Please be sure to complete all 3 parts of the program.
